In accordance with AFTES recommendations, Concept’O has been using the SWOT risk analysis method for several years.
This method has proven highly effective, both for decision support and for tracking the alternatives studied and their limitations.
Alternative solutions are broken down according to pre-established analysis criteria. Each argument classified as a “weakness” is then described, along with its associated measures and control mechanisms.
Based on its experience, Concept’O can attest to the value of this method in preventing late reversion to unviable solutions (last-minute variants that must be studied urgently).

Geotechnical Campaign Program

The geotechnical campaign program is established using a highly flexible database management model, which allows for efficient adaptation and progress in the development of a geotechnical model, and enables effective management of geotechnical risk monitoring throughout the project.
It garantees the relevance and non-redundancy of the tests to be carried out, resulting in significant savings of unnecessary expenses for the client.

Concept’O provides a detailed description :

  • Status of known DT/DICT or ICprior to drilling operations
  • Technical specifications for geotechnical surveys (to be positioned outside the areas of influence of the works to avoid any interaction)
  • During the surveys, Concept’O remains available to answer the geotechnical engineer’s questions and provide the technical details necessary for a clear understanding of the geotechnical campaign’s objectives
