You are: – Municipal authorities with jurisdiction over water – Municipality, Intermunicipal Association – Drinking water network operator or manager – Private or semi-public operator – Individual, developer, land operator Contact CONCEPT’O SAS for a feasibility study, cost estimate, or drafting of specifications.

• Definition of requirements, in terms of nature and volume
• Breakdown of a program into technical packages and operational phases (service interruptions, zoning, planning of work and bypasses, testing, taking over, chlorination, and restoration of service)
• Drafting or review of specifications and validation of stated objectives and requirements
• Determination of the procurement method
• Assistance with procurement, analysis of bids (project management/design, or construction contracts) in a fully independent capacity
• Monitoring and supervision of services (progress of design deliverables or construction work, validation and tracking of payments)
• Verification of compliance with regulatory requirements
• Operations and maintenance documentation
