Thomas CHERON graduated from l’ESTP in 1994 ( civil engineering) and began his career as a site engineer at SADE- STS ( Special Works Department), where he gained experience in a wide range of trenchless techniques both for new installations and rehabilitation. He was responsible for tunneling and pipe jacking projects in the Paris area, before moving overseas and to establish SADE Singapore subsidiary in 2002. After returning to Europe, he became technical director of SADE Portugal, where he implemented numerous rehabilitation techniques. In 2007, he joined the Vinci Group, managing a business unit in Réunion Island for four years, followed by three years in French Guiana. In 2014 he founded his independant engineering consultancy based in Les Herbiers (Vendee -France) specializing in trenchless technologies.
Since then, he has supported numerous project owners in their undercrossing projects (HDD, pipe jacking…) combining strong practical experience with in-depth knowledge of on-site constraints.
