volume<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Breakdown of a program into technical packages and operational phases (service interruptions, zoning, planning of work and bypasses, testing, taking over, chlorination, and restoration of service)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Drafting or review of specifications and validation of stated objectives and requirements<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Determination of the procurement method<\/li>\r\n
